During this time we will ensure that Social Distancing Protocols are followed while you are using our service.

Repair Prices

Most Mobile Phone parts are manufactured in China and Europe, so during the COVID19 Pandemic repair prices may vary due to a lack of available parts.

We will do our best to keep to our published prices, but if an item is unavailable to our normal supplier, then we may have to charge more from different sources for the same part.

Parts may also take longer to arrive due to delivery Companies being affected by current circumstances.

Please accept our apologies if your quoted price changes due to the above reasons.

During Collection and Delivery

We will ensure that distance is maintained during collection and delivery. After Collection your device will be kept in a protective bag, it will be cleaned once the repair is complete, so your device will have been cleaned and disinfected using device safe detergents and an industry UV light cleaner before it is returned to you.

No Cash Payments

Until the Government has declared the COVID19 crisis over, we will not be taking cash payments. All payments are to be paid in advance of the repair and can be made by card using our payment details on the payment p. (ensure you enter your name when paying). Once we have received your payment we can then order any agreed spare parts for your device in order to make the repairs.
